In this Challenge you will  follow the food guide provided to improve the balance between beneficial and harmful bacteria in your gut. We have developed this program to provide a baseline for you to use when evaluating skincare solutions.

The nature of a good diet in terms of its effect on the body can be measured in relation to the amount of inflammation the good you consume causes. Inflammation harms the body. By decreasing it through a healthy diet, it has been shown to improve skin health as well as a host of other conditions such as obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and vitamin deficiencies.
